• Booking confirmation & cancellations are done ONLY through email.
• Any delay more than 15 mins without earlier notice will lead to appointment cancellation.
• To confirm booking, a deposit is mandatory (non-refundable). In case of cancellation 24hrs ahead of visit, deposit will be fully refunded.
• Drycut Instructions: wash and detangle hair, keep dry and don't apply gel or mousse.
• Kids start age 5
