To confirm booking, a deposit is mandatory (non-refundable). In case of cancellation 24hrs ahead of visit, deposit will be fully refunded back to your bank account.
Booking confirmation & cancellations are done ONLY through email.
Any delay more than 15 mins will lead to appointment cancellation.
Working with kids starting age 5.
Washing hair at salon will be at extra cost 100 EGP
